Descriptions
The main building structure of Box Encapsulation Plant (BEP) was completed in 2002; the BEP Engineer, Procure and Construct (EPC) Framework Agreement will include the completion of design (currently being progressed by Sellafield Ltd), procurement, manufacture, testing and inspection and integrated works testing of required plant and equipment, multi-disciplined construction, installation and inactive commissioning of the BEP facility. The EPC contractor will also provide support to active commissioning of the BEP facility.
