The Council required the appointment of an Architect, Conservation Architect and Heritage Consultant to develop the RIBA Stage 3 design package and to potentially progress the project through further RIBA stages.
Due to the time-critical nature of the funding requirements, the Council made a compliant direct award via the Constellia Neutral Vendor Framework.
The value of the contract for RIBA Stage 3 is £45,000 (exclusive of VAT). Subject to funding being secured, subsequent RIBA stages, with a total potential contract value of £223,435.65 (exclusive of VAT).
