Bridgend County Borough Council (BCBC) invites you to submit a Tender for the Provision of Brynmenyn Childrens Hub Project.Contract Terms and Conditions: JCT Standard Building Contract without Quantities, 2016 Edition.The following is a brief overview:The demolition of an existing, traditionally constructed, former school, followed by the construction of a new Childrens Home.The new building: Two storey, timber framed with a pitched roof, constructed off concrete raft foundations with a concrete/screed finished floor. The GIFA is 655m².
