Repair and maintenance services of building installations. Building services. Repair and maintenance services. City of Lincoln Council requires an experienced competent building contractor to carry out repair and maintenance works in support of the Authority's existing directly employed maintenance workforce. The works will be carried out on the tenanted properties under the management and ownership of the Authority and will be located within the boundaries of the City. The tradespeople required to deliver this contract will be as follows: bricklayers, joiners, plasterers, plumbers, roofers, multi-skilled operatives and groundworkers. There will also be a requirement through the contract for specialist works to be undertaken such as damp proofing/woodworming treatments; reinforced concrete repairs.
