Unitas is seeking to establish a long-term framework from which suitable providers can be called off to undertake replacement bungalow facades. It is proposed that one contractor be appointed to the framework. Call-off will be via direct award. The value of this framework over the four-year period is estimated to be in the region of £2.5million. Anticipated start date is April 2025.
