The Department for Transport is seeking to appoint (“Suppliers”) to establish a group of experts with significant bus franchising expertise in specific areas of the field. The Expert Group members will be responsible for providing technical bus franchising expertise to support Local Authorities throughout the different stages of their bus franchising process. Advisory Group members will also support the DfT to develop and provide best practice through tools and templates and, increase capability and capacity of local transport authorities.
