Descriptions
Invitation to provide subsidised local bus services throughout Tyne and Wear. This tender will include lots for several potential contracts of 1 year with no option for extension. In accordance with Nexus terms and conditions of contract applicable, contract(s) will be paid in monthly instalments over the duration of the contract. A sum of money will be retained against initial scheduled payment and held until end of contract period. Penalties for poor performance will be applied as appropriate and as described in the contract documentation. Joint and several liabilities will apply. This tender accepts group bids.
