Business Growth Hub - Delivery of Specialist Business Support Advice and Workshops.

Business Growth Hub services are provided by GM Business Support Ltd; who are procuring a four year framework for the provision of specialist services and delivery of workshops utilising funding received from European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Regional Growth Fund part of the City Deal initiative across a range of categories in order to support businesses to realise their growth potential. Over the life of the framework additional public funding may be secured which may also be transacted via these arrangements. Services will predominantly be required in Greater Manchester and the North West of England.This Framework Agreement shall comprise nine lots as follows, and service providers may apply for as many or as few lots as they as wish;Lot 1 - Growth Group Facilitation Services;Lot 2 - ICT Specialist Business Growth Diagnostic;Lot 3 - Specialist Workshop Delivery – Taking a Product to Market;Lot 4 - Specialist Workshop Delivery – Sales and Customer Service;Lot 5 - Specialist Workshop Delivery – Customer Service;Lot 6 - Specialist Workshop Delivery – Tendering for Contracts;Lot 7 - Specialist Workshop Delivery – Social Media;Lot 8 - Specialist Workshop Delivery – Digital Marketing and Creating an Effective Website;Lot 9 - Specialist Workshop Delivery – Understanding Basic Employment and Commercial Law.It is intended that the Framework Agreement will run for four years subject to performance, and that individual contracts will be called off under the terms of the Framework Agreement subject to the individual requirements of Business Growth Hub.Please note that whilst Business Growth Hub/ has estimated the volume of services to be provided through the Framework Agreement, Business Growth Hub can provide no guarantee of work to any applicant who is successful in winning a place on Framework Agreement.
