Descriptions
The work to be undertaken comprises the provision of a term maintenance contract for IEE electrical inspection services and detector installation/ replacements internally in flats, PAT testing in the employer’s offices and planned/consequential electrical replacement works (including managing MI switch installations; consumer units; electrical accessories/fittings and rewiring; smoke/CO/heat detectors, ventilation fans; common entry/rewiring and associated repairs) to the employer’s flats/houses (which quantity may vary from time to time) in Barlanark G33. Note that ordering electrical replacements is provisional/optional, at the employer’s discretion.Works anticipated as follows: 2019-2020 165 inspections and 350 detector installations/replacements.
