Open procurement process for a number of routes awarded either Individually or if it offers better value Combined bids for routes are allowed., Each contract will run for a minimum one (1) year with the option to extend by a further one (1) plus one (1) to a maximum of three (3) years., The value of the procurement is estimated at £6million over the potential three (3) years.
