Tai Ceredigion are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to carry out the following works at Canolfan Dulais enterprise center - the demolition of the existing building, out buildings and associated site clearance and the design and build of a new two storey Enterprise Centre incorporating a multi-use building, together with associated external works, incoming utility supplies and underground drainage works.
