Capital Works Consultants Framework

The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is proposing to place a four year consultants framework agreement to support its housing capital investment programme. It is intended that the frameworks will commence in December 2019 in sufficient time to deliver the capital programme commencing financial year 2020/2021. Over the term of the agreements the anticipated combined spend may be in the order of £30m. There framework will divided into a number of Lots. It is expected that the Lots will be: LotConsultants 1Multi-Disciplinary 2M&E 3District Heating Systems 4Discipline Specialist Building Surveyor 5Discipline Specialist - Structural Surveyor 6Discipline Specialist - Clerk of Works 7Discipline Specialist - Quantity Surveyor 8Discipline Specialist - Architect 9Discipline Specialist - CDM/Principal Designer 10Discipline Specialist - Contract Administrator / Employers Agent 11Discipline Specialist - Project Manager On 9 May 2019 the Council will be holding an event for potential bidders when the structure and further details of the framework will be presented.
