The works will consist of the site preparation / enabling works in demolition and clearing site for future housing scheme. The protection of existing chimney stack and gable wall, underpinning of gable wall, demolition of remaining creamery building, investigation of existing chimney stack structure by specialist steeplejack, removal of existing concrete yards, disposal of contaminated soil and invasive species, provision of silt trap around site, mitigation requirements for environmental screening and bat reports. Permanent site hoarding, investigation of existing soil, existing site services and all associated works as per the enclosed documents
