The contract relates to the provision of Care Home Services, the associated freehold transactions relating to property and the transfer of equipment used to deliver the Services at Arbor House and Thurn Court. The Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (“TUPE”) will apply and existing staff members will transfer to the successful provider who will register with the Care Quality Commission to provide the service.
