Carriageway resurfacing works. Resurfacing works. Drainage works. Installation of street furniture. Erection of fencing. Basildon Borough Council (the "Council") wishes to select a Contractor(s) for the provision and maintenance of various car parks surfaces, open spaces, private roads & footpaths and drainage works within the Borough.
It will cover car parks, open spaces, carriageway and footway construction and resurfacing, reconstruction ducting, signing (street furniture installation) installation of dog bins, fencing, drainage and gully emptying. All ancillary works such as raising and replacement of all types of kerbing, drainage works and adjustment of ironwork will also be included along with any incidental earthworks. It will also cover the maintenance and emergency works for land drainage including grille and watercourse cleansing.
