The project involves refurbishment works to Carrigaline Library,Carrigaline Middle, Carrigaline, Co. Cork for Cork County Council.Works include but are not limited to: removal and replacement of existingroof lights and curtain walling; removal and replacement of upstand toroof lights; removal and replacement of existing gutters; painting externalwalls; upgrade works to roofing seals / caps.The electrical services installation shall comprise the following works:emporary disconnection of existing electrical blinds; re-connection ofelectrical blinds following completion of the works; supply andinstallation of new electrical blind in isolated location.The works area will be vacant for the agreed period of the contract.The Main contractor will be responsible for the duties of ProjectSupervisor Construction Stage
