The proposed development will consist of the construction of 2 no. 2-bedroom apartments within one detached 2-storey building, at the site to the side of 13 Casement Drive, at the junction of Casement Drive and Casement Grove, Finglas, along with all ancillary site development works. The apartments are 64Sq.M at ground floor and 70Sq.M at first floor. Pedestrian access to the development is along Casement Grove. Access to the first floor apartment is within an enclosed stairwell. External finishes consist of red brick, painted render finish, timber clad projection to rear first floor bedroom and first floor projecting balcony with glass and metal balustrade. The roof finish is concrete tiles and windows and doors are uPVC. Boundaries consist of 2m high timber fence and 1.1m and 2m high rendered masonry walls with precast concrete copings and timber gate.
