The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is seeking to procure a robust, scalable case file quality solution to support operational policing, compliance, and improve submissions to the CPS.
The MPS is looking to improve the quality and completeness of case files submitted to the CPS, reduce time and effort spent on reworking or resubmitting files and ensure compliance with CPS requirements, national policing standards, and internal triage criteria.
The MPS are looking to support officers and staff with tools that enable them to focus on content, not just process and to standardise quality assurance across the MPS.

Engagement deadlines: • Stage 1: Preliminary Market Engagement Notice: Estimated 16th January 2026 • Stage 2: Supplier 1 Hour MS Teams Event to outline Upcoming Opportunity: Estimated 23rd January 2026 • Stage 3: Procurement Selection Questionnaire (PSQ) Release (UK4 Tender Notice): Estimated Release: w/c 2nd February 2026 • Stage 4: PSQ Response Deadline: Estimated Deadline 13th February 2026 • Stage 5: Internal Assessment of PSQ: Estimated 20th February 2026 • Stage 7: Successful Suppliers Invited to Discovery Phase: Estimated 23rd February 2026 • Stage 8: Successful Supplier Invited to Alpha Phase: Estimated 2nd April 2026 Engagement process description: To register your interest in the MS Teams Event outlined in Stage 2 above, email iman.ali3@met.police.uk with the subject line "Case File Quality - MS Teams Event" before the Thursday 22nd January 5pm to receive the invite link. The Procurement Selection Questionnaire (PSQ) will be used by the MPS to score supplier responses - there will be a minimum pass score to be included in Discovery Phase. There will be up to 10 questions, some Pass / Fail and others which will enable the MPS to identify suppliers best able to address the problem statement. Further Phases will be outlined in the PSQ. Particular suitability Please Note: Suppliers MUST be members of the Precise Policing Phase 2 Dynamic Market to take part in this upcoming tender. Submission Deadline for Dynamic Market Applications: Estimated Deadline 30th January 2026 1)To be able to apply for membership all interested parties will have to register on Coupa and request to participate in the Precise Policing 2 Sourcing Event #2283 https://metpolice.coupahost.com/ 2) In the 'Details' section of Event 2283 you will need to download, respond and sign, where applicable, the following documents: Precise_Policing_Phase_2__Technical_CoM_Assessment_Requirements Precise_Policing_Stage_2_-_Conditions_of_Membership_commercial Terms_Of_Agreement_Precise_Policing_2-_Dynamic_Market_Agreement_UPDATED 3) Once completed, attach the documents in 'My Responses' in Event 2283 to submit your application. Please ensure the instructions in each document are read fully before returning your submissions. 4) The deadline to submit applications is 30th January 2026 11:59pm (estimated). 5) Suppliers who are successful in their submission will be added to the Dynamic Market on w/c 2nd February 2026 (estimated)
