NHSE is looking to procure a capability/tooling solution, associated licensing, plus implementation support for proactive, predictive, and prospective 'case finding' solution".

Case finding involves identifying individuals who may have specific health conditions, high healthcare utilisation, poor outcomes, or worsening conditions, enabling earlier intervention and support.
