Corserv Solutions Ltd Cormac division are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to remove, dispose and replace the roof to the entire workshops building at Castle Canyke Road Bodmin. Works to be completed under NEC3 minor works contract. Quotes to include full access and safety netting costs. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
