Cardiff Capital Region has received an allocation of UK Shared Prosperity Funding, matched with wider CCR funds to deliver the SPF’s Supporting Local Business priority within the region. CCR's programme of activity is focussed on developing and accelerating the growth of our five priority clusters; FinTech, MedTech, Compound Semiconductors, Creative and Cyber.CCR with Cardiff Council as the accountable body will deliver a Cluster Development & Growth Programme comprising three key workstream areas that will strengthen cluster expertise within CCR, develop a pipeline of high-growth companies in the region (Growth Studio), establish a series of industry-led skills initiatives and deliver accelerated academic-industry partnerships (AAIP).As an integral part of the Programme of activity, CCR requires a Lead Managing Agent(s) working on behalf of a wider consortium of FE/HE etc, to deliver the workstreams.
