Derbyshire County Council (the Council) is seeking to award a contract to a suitably qualified provider via the ESPO Framework 664_25, Lot 4b - Social Care (Adults and Children's). The aim of this contract is to improve outcomes for children in care by achieving greater value for money in the provision of placement services.
