Scaffolding Scope of Works - CHARM Redditch, • Allow hire for 15 weeks, • Allow 6 weeks hire for internal scaffold to stairwells, • Allow 6 weeks hire for internal scaffold with handrails, • Allow 2m Lifts, table lifts and roofers adaptions, • Allow for stairwell scaffold to all floors with allowance for adaptions and half landings, • Allow for 1 Haki Staircases, • Allow for 3 Loading Bays, • 5 Boards outer and 3 boards inner to allow for a board to be removed for brickwork adaptions, • Weekly Scaffold Inspections will be required, • Signage, • Contractor responsible for all scaffold designs, • Truss Rack to be included, • Brackets to be included, • Allow for tying scaffold into the Timber Frame, • FR debris netting to road side elevations required
