**This is an Intention to Award Notice to award a contract using a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations for Children and Young People's (CYP) Admission Avoidance and Discharge Support Service to NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (Devon ICB) ** Details of the services were provided in the F02: Contract Notice published on the 28th August 2025 (2025/S 000-052010). The contract period is 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2031 (which includes an optional extension period for up to 2 (two) years), as defined at the sole discretion of the Commissioners The total combined maximum contract value across the full potential term of 5 (five) years, including any optional extension years for £2,115,000, exclusive of VAT. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight 12th December 2025. This exercise was carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner. This contract had not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under PSR.
