This procurement process is to commission a single provider to operate a residential provision in premises owned by Luton Council (LBC). The home will offer provision which has one to one staff at all times during the day, including two waking nights and one sleep in staff member. A single provider with proven experience of managing and operating an Ofsted registered children’s home rated Good or Outstanding is required.
