Dumfries and Galloway Council seek to engage a supplier to design, develop, facilitate and report on a Citizens Panel for Dumfries and Galloway. The supplier will provide options and opportunities to ensure the highest quality outputs are achieved to help the Council's requirement to establish a broad based and diverse Citizens Panel, which will bring together representatives from across the region, harnessing skills, experience and innovation the people in the region possess to inform and influence the action we take as a council against the Climate Emergency.
