The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake a variety of repair and maintenance works under thirteen Lots within a framework agreement. The Lots are as follows:Lot 1 — Asbestos Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 2 — Electrical Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 3 — Floor Covering Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 4 — Gas Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 5 — General Building Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 6 — Plastering Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 7 — Plumbing Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 8 — Preservation Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 9 — Roofing & Associated Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 10 — Scaffolding WorksLot 11 — Jetting, CCTV Surveys and Drainage Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 12 — Painting & Decorating Repair & Maintenance WorksLot 13 — Window and Door Replacement WorksGenerally the work will be carried out in domestic properties owned by the Council; however the Council also reserves the right to use this framework in all other relevant areas of the Council's business such as commercial properties, should the need occur.Further information can be found at www.edin-tend.co.uk
