City of Wolverhampton College invites tenders for the refurbishment of Unit B2 at Trevithick House, Telford. The works will be delivered under a JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract, following a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA).
Scope:
Full strip-out and reconfiguration of Unit B2, creation of classrooms and reception, M&E works, fire and intruder alarm separation, IT/data services, compliance with building and fire regulations.

• Site visit: 04 December 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
