NHG is seeking to appoint service providers for cleaning and grounds maintenance across Essex. The procurement will be divided into two cleaning contracts—covering North and South Essex respectively—and two grounds maintenance contracts for the same regions. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: general cleaning, window cleaning, grounds maintenance (including gardening), bulk waste collection, supply of consumables, and playground maintenance.
