Portsmouth City Council (PCC) — the ‘Council’ has awarded a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of cleaning materials and equipment for the authority, this also includes schools situated within the Council's geographical boundaries including those that have Academy status and for those that may become Academies over the duration of the Framework Agreement.Members of the Central Buying Consortium (CBC), Hampshire and Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership (HIOWPP) and Portsmouth Regional Procurement Partnership (PRPP) will also be able to access the agreement; however the naming of these contracting authorities places no obligation upon them to use the Framework Agreement. Access will be on a first come first served basis, up until the point where the maximum aggregate Framework Agreement value of 4 000 000 GBP per annum is reached.The framework agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for further periods to a maximum of 4 years subject to the performance and agreement of both parties.
