Cloud Based ERP and Duty Management Systems.
Descriptions
Merseyside Police are looking to replace their HR and Finance systems and are considering a cloud-based ERP system. An ERP will be the system for HR, learning, development, payroll, finance and procurement with a duty management system (DMS) which can be integrated with the ERP. Any new systems will need to meet the security requirements for UK Police Forces. The Force is seeking to understand the capabilities of different ERP and DMS in order to assist in identifying the most appropriate solution to meet our needs. The Force is also looking to understand the role of an integration partner and how they can support the implementation of an ERP and DMS. This RFI is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to take part in pre-market engagement events in January 2018. There will be separate events as follows:1. Suppliers of ERP and/or DMS which can be integrated with an ERP.2. Integration Partners for the implementation of an ERP and DMS.
