Descriptions
The bending machine required is to be automatic in the Y, X & Z axis. The machine must be cabale of bending 115mm tube with 8mm wall at 2.5xD. Also the machine must be capable of bending square profile sections of 100x100x8mm. The CNC bender must have a usefull working length of 4 meter or more. 3D graphics & collision simulation must be incorporated. Tooling for the following sizes must be included:Tube: O.D. 60mm - radius 200mmTube: O.D. 80mm - radius 200mmTube: O.D. 100mm - radius 200mmTube: O.D. 115mm - radius 300mmS.H.S: 80x80 - bend radius 200mmS.H.S 100 x100 - bend radius 300mmR.H.S 100x50 - bend radius 200mmDelivery, setup and training must be provided onsite.
