Descriptions
Colaiste an Atha comprises of four separate buildings. The heating installation in two of the buildings is in good condition and shall be retained but the heating installation in the two other buildings is in poor condition and as a result shall be decommissioned and replaced. These two buildings have an approximate combined floor area of 700m². The scope of the works shallbe as follows:•Works to the existing boilerhouse which includes the installation of new gas burners to the existing boilers, upgrading of the fuel source from oil to LPG gas, new heating zones, etc. •Supply and installation of new radiators, radiator circuits and all associated pipework in some areas.•Supply and installation of a new LPG gas supply to the boilerhouse to serve the new gas boilers. •Supply and installation of new underground district heating pipework from the existing boilerhouse to two remote buildings.•All external trenching for the new LPG gas supply from the tank to the boilerhouse.•All associated decommissioning work for the project.•All associated mechancial works for the project. •All associated electrical works for the project.•All associated builders works associated with the project. •Painting in certain room as indicated on the drawings. •All other items as indicated in drawings and detailed in specifications..
