To appointment an approved waste contractor to oversee and implement the collection, transport and disposal of rejected consignments of Products of Animal Origin (POAO) and Foods of Non-Animal Origin (FNAO), including Category 1, Category 2, and Category 3 materials, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 and its implementing legislation.
