The construction of new single storey ASD unit (535 sq.m) The new accommodation will include a central activities space, 2 classrooms, toilets and shower area, 2 small safe space areas, multi-sensory room, practical activity room, daily living skills room, staff toilets, storage and office space; single storey enclosed link corridor and entrance lobby with minor alterations to the existing building facade to facilitate the above. External works will include 6 additional parking spaces, play area (200 sq.m), sensory garden (100 sq.m), together with all associated site works.
