The works will comprise the demolition of three existing empty residential blocks on Colville Estate (Rosemary House including the retail units known as 1 - 10 Felton Street, Sillitoe House and 1 - 4 Harvey Street) and associated enabling works in advance of the Main Works Contract for Colville Estate Phase 2C.
