Chepstow Town Council (CTC) wish to apply to Monmouthshire County Council (MCC) for a community asset transfer (CAT) of The Drill Hall Chepstow from MCC to CTC.The Drill Hall Chepstow building is located in the lower part of Chepstow town and is owned by MCC. The main part of the building is leased to CTC for use as an arts and community centre and a smaller part is leased to a local boxing club.
