Roscommon LEADER Partnership (RLP) invites written tenders from competent companies/persons with experience in energy management, energy conservation and energy assessment to undertake Energy Audits of fifteen (15) Community facilities/buildings throughout County Roscommon.It is envisaged that the managing committees/companies of these community facilities would in turn apply for funding to implement some of the recommendations contained within their individual Energy Audit Reports. Funding streams would include the LEADER Programme post 2023, SEAI Better Energy Communities Grant, etc.Each Energy Audit MUST be carried out to SI 426 of 2014 (and amended by SI 626 of 2016 and SI 599 of 2019) Standard.
