The Enforcement Officers will act as capable guardians in high profile locations, responding to community concerns of anti-social behaviour and criminality by undertaking high visibility patrols. The locations will be data and intelligence led with a primary focus on town centres.

The Enforcement Officers will carry out necessary actions in relation to anti-social behaviour, including obtaining required personal information to issue verbal and written warnings, and Fixed Penalty Notices where breaches of the Borough-Wide Public Spaces Protection Order are witnessed.

The Council are issuing this notice in line with Section 16(1) of the Procurement Act 23 (PA 23): Preparing tender documents for issue. The Council will be advertising the Tender shortly anticipated w/c 20th October. The Council will invite you to the opportunity once the notice is issued. The Council will be using the Open tender route to market all interested suppliers can also apply on release of the notice. All suppliers will be treated equally and tender responses evaluated as per the tender evaluation criteria specified in the tender documents.
