The Works involve the removal of ALL existing Electrical systems, allexisting windows, two (2) internal sets of existing entrance doors,selected internal doors being replaced with Fire Doors, existingblockwork partitions in the Kitchen / Canteen Area, existing toilet &bathroom fittings & tiles, existing ceiling tiles and disposal of same inaccordance with current waste management legislation. Include for allconnections, accessories and all required fittings associated with thiswork. Include for all delivery, off-loading, testing, commissioning andraining associated with all of this work.
