The project comprises the refurbishment and conversion of the existing circa 1,800m2 protected building, a former Victualling Store, into accommodation for Naval Service personnel. The project includes but is not limited to: • Refurbishment works to the original protected structure, demolition works, structural interventions and repairs, installation of new internal access stairs, internal finishes and completions, fire safety works, full Mechanical and Electrical installations and all associated site and ancillary works.All works are being undertaken within Haulbowline Naval Base.
