OneRen has a requirement to appoint a Catering Concession to occupy Lucille’s restaurant and bar within the Paisley Town Hall. As part of the development process for the procurement approach, OneRen is seeking views and information from the marketplace in connection with the areas set out in this Prior Information Notice (PIN).
