1 The Council is seeking tenders for the Concession for the operation of the Tennis Courts at Park Road, Loughborough for five years from 1st April 2026 (with the option to extend for up to two periods of one year) as detailed in the ITT. 2 Charnwood Borough Council’s Corporate Strategy 2024-2028 includes a number of Strategic Themes under “Homes and Communities” and it is intended that the refurbished Park Road Tennis Courts will contribute to the outcome of “manage our leisure services, open spaces and sports facilities to support residents’ health and wellbeing”.
