Descriptions
To excavate old concrete, crush if necessary, to leave a clear site of approximately 7,000 sq ft in surface area. To re-concrete site to create new milking parlour floor, handling system and collecting yard.The parlour and pit walls to be of block construction, approx. 22 meters long and 3 meters in height. Supply and install steel crossbeams to carry new milking parlour.To construct new mezzanine floor and with internal block partition walls below to create a new washroom, office/WC and general storeroom. The parlour and pit walls to be coated with Fibre glass. The works to also include all drainage in the parlour, pit and washroom. A contingency must be included to cover the cost of positioning posts to carry the handling system.
