Acivico (design, construction and facilities management) Ltd and Sandwell MBC (the Contracting Authority) are seeking to appoint contractors to the Constructing West Midlands Framework CWM2 repair and maintenance, for the provision of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance services covering building fabric and mechanical and electrical components, to include statutory/planned maintenance and inspections, emergency and reactive maintenance and a provision for minor construction, energy efficiency and refurbishment works. The framework will be tendered in two Lots but suppliers will only be appointed to 1 lot.
