Descriptions
The main areas of activity may comprise of individual construction related projects or programmes including new build work, extensions, improvements, renovations, reinstatement, repairs, mechanical, electrical, services and infrastructure works and may also include design and other services as required to develop and construct the works. The framework will consist of two lots as follows: • Lot 1 - The delivery of works generally from GBP 250k - GBP 5m • Lot 2 - The delivery of works generally from GBP 5m, with no upper threshold. The Contracting Authorities wish to establish this framework for all types of construction and building services work as part of the overall Constructing West Midlands (CWM) offer.
