Descriptions
The Council is seeking to improve the provision of social housing across the borough and have identified a number of sites on which a large number of dwellings and associated buildings and related infrastructure may be placed. These sites are at various stages of planning permission and the Council does not warrant that all sites will be built, although other sites may be added. This procurement exercise is primarily to establish a framework agreement with five parties for the construction of these sites.
