Descriptions
UEL requires a range of consultancy services to assist the Projects Office of our Estates Department in refurbishments and minor works with a value of less than 1 000 000 GBP. UEL intends to appoint suppliers to a set of framework agreements for the following specialisms (Lots):1. Architect — in accordance with CIC stages or similar the provision of briefing, survey, design, statutory guidance conformity, tender, detail design, review and inspection services.2. Project Manager — in accordance with CIC stages or similar the provision of lead consultant, programme, risk and coordination management plus contract administration.3. Service Engineer — in accordance with CIC stages or similar the provision of briefing, survey, design, statutory guidance conformity, tender, detail design, review and inspection services.4. Quantity Surveyor — cost analysis, reports, management, valuations and final account services.5. Construction Design Management — client advice, risk management advise, statutory notifications, collation and review of consultant and contractor documentation.
