Descriptions
Services and Deliverables required: 1.To provide a very high level estimate of reimbursement in 2024/5 to support the Council's budget-setting process; 2.To undertake data analysis and to negotiate with individual bus operators on the reimbursement parameters recommended to apply in 2024/25; 3.To assist with preparing West Northamptonshire's concessionary travel scheme for 2024/5; 4.To monitor returns from operators during 2024/25, and advise on out-turn against budget on a quarterly basis; 5.To assist the Council in considering amendments to the statutory concession scheme, such as the provision of concessionary travel before 09:30; 6.To provide ad-hoc advice as required on bus service procurement and on designing fare initiatives outside the concessionary travel scheme.
