The Council are looking to appoint suitably qualified, experienced, and innovative consultants to produce and consult upon a Masterplan/Visioning document for each of two areas of regeneration in the Bootle area.\ \ The Council are currently in the process of producing a Bootle Area Action Plan (AAP), which is a land use planning document that, once adopted, will form part of the Council's Development Plan. \ \ The Bootle Area Action Plan was published for public comment in September 2024 and expected to be submitted for independent examination no later than early 2025.\
